We will set up a time to meet either in person or by Facetime or Skype.  The fist thing we will do is have me sign a non-disclosure and a non-compete before you tell me about your invention, technology or service.  We can do this by me sending you a signed form on email.  Then legally I can not tell or discuss your item with anyone.  If I begin work on it, I can only tell others who are working with me on it.  You are protected because they are legally bound to my signed non-disclosure and non-compete.
